My practice is guided by the alchemy of Buddhist philosophy and contemporary psychotherapy. I incorporate the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and Pema Chödrön as well as elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
